SCIENCE CLUB
About
The Science Club was started with an aim intended to invite many eminent scientists who would share their experience with the students and motivate them to get scientific knowledge. Activities are designed primarily to introduce students to undertake interesting/exciting science and technology projects. The Science Club consists of a group of students who want to explore the many branches of engineering, mathematics, and science. The club is open to all students. The purpose of the Science Club is to promote interest, understanding, and knowledge of the scientific world amongst the college students and local community.

NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEME (NSS)
About
The National Service Scheme (NSS) is a Central Sector Scheme of Government of India, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports. It provides opportunity to the student youth of higher education level of India to take part in various government led community service activities and programmes. The sole aim of the NSS is to provide hands on experience to young students in delivering community service. ll the youth volunteers who opt to serve the nation through the NSS led community service wear the NSS badge with pride and a sense of responsibility towards helping needy. The Konark wheel in the NSS badge having 8 bars signifies the 24 hours of a the day, reminding the wearer to be ready for the service of the nation round the clock i.e. for 24 hours. Red colour in the badge signifies energy and spirit displayed by the NSS volunteers. The Blue colour signifies the cosmos of which the NSS is a tiny part, ready to contribute its share for the welfare of the mankind.

SHORT FILM CLUB
The Short Film Club provides an informal, friendly, and supportive environment for videographers at all levels of experience and with interests in all types of photographic imagery. The club fosters and encourages growth of artistic vision and technical knowledge, exploring the connection between the eye, the camera, and the spirit. Members share ideas and knowledge with each other and help to promote interest in videography in the community through exhibitions and other events. The film club encourages the students in story writing, scripting and direction along with motion picture development. It lets the students ooze with creativity at every step thereby letting off from the pressure of studies and other core related activities

நம் கல்லூரி துவங்கபட்டதிலிருந்து, பில்டர்ஸ் தமிழ் சங்கம் செயல்பட்டு வருகிறது. தமிழர் பாரம்பரியத்தையும் தமிழ் மொழியின் மேல் உள்ள ஆர்வத்தையும், பொறியியல் மாணவர்களிடையே வளர்க்கச்செய்கிறது. நம் மாணவர்களின் இயல், இசை, நாடகத் திறமைகளை நம் தமிழ்ச்சங்கம் வெளிக்கொண்டு வருகிறது. மாதந்தோறும் “பௌர்ணமி கருத்தரங்கம்” என்னும் நிகழ்வில் மாணவர்களின் தனித்திறமைகளை வெளிக்கொண்டுவரும் விதமாக ஊக்குவிக்கும் போட்டிகள் நடத்தப்படுகிறது. மேலும், தமிழர் வாழ்வியலை எடுத்துரைக்கும் திரைப்படங்களையும், தமிழறிஞர்களின் சொற்பொழிவுகளையும் ஏற்பாடு செய்கிறோம். அதுமட்டுமின்றி வருடந்தோறும் கல்வி சுற்றுலா ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்படுகிறது. இவை அனைத்தும் நம் மாணவர்களிடையே நம் தாய் மொழியான தமிழ் மொழியின் பற்றினை உயர்த்த செய்கிறது.
